Landbyska Verket
Delivery of bespoke restaurant furnishings in Stockholm — from site measurements and production coordination to delivery and installation.

Role and responsibility
One coordination point between the client and delivery.
I participated in the Landbyska Verket restaurant project as Lead Project Manager on behalf of the bespoke joinery contractor, STOLPIN.
I was responsible for day-to-day client communication, schedule coordination, site measurements, and monitoring production and delivery dates. I also participated in selected price negotiations.
STOLPIN's delivery scope included:
- furniture and bespoke joinery
- sofas and tables
- doors and wall panelling
- structural ceiling elements
- a multi-material bar
- delivery and installation
Production → installation → result

These are documentary photographs rather than an architectural shoot. They show the scale of bespoke elements, consecutive delivery stages and on-site fitting.

Transparency: this experience was gained while working for STOLPIN. The scope shown concerns the production and delivery of furnishings; neither I nor STOLPIN is presented as the author of the overall interior design. Official Landbyska Verket website ↗
